3. Bagaimana cara untuk melihat sample kad atau mengunjungi kedai?

   How to view a card sample or visit the store?

Untuk cawangan Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, dibuka pada hari Isnin hingga Ahad (setiap hari), 10.00pagi hingga 7.00petang. Ditutup pada Cuti Umum Aidilfitri & Aidiladha. Sila buat temujanji untuk datang di luar waktu operasi (bergantung pada kelapangan staff yang bertugas).
Untuk cawangan Papar, Sabah, dibuka pada hari Sabtu & Ahad, 10.00pagi hingga 5.00petang. Sila buat temujanji untuk datang di luar waktu operasi (bergantung pada kelapangan staff yang bertugas).

5. Bolehkah saya membuat tempahan kurang dari kuantiti minima yang ditetapkan?
   Can I order less than the minimum quantity?
 
Bergantung pada jenis kad. Sila isi borang sebutharga untuk mendapatkan harga kad tersebut. Walaubagaimanapun, sesetengah kad tertakluk kepada kuantiti minimum tertentu. Sila hubungi atau email kepada kami untuk keterangan lanjut.
Depend on the type of card. Please fill in the quotation form to get the price of the card. However, some cards are subject to certain minimum quantity. Please call or email us for more information.

 

6. Berapa lamakah proses untuk kad siap ?
   How long is the process for card to be ready?
 
Biasanya kad dapat disiapkan dalam tempoh 1 hingga 4 minggu dari mula membuat tempahan. Selewat-lewatnya tempahan perlu dibuat 2 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis untuk mengelakkan lewat diterima untuk diedar.
Untuk kad Jentayu Hardcover, kad akan disiapkan dalam tempoh 5 ke 7 minggu dari mula membuat tempahan. Kad tersebut perlu ditempah 3 bulan sebelum tarikh perkahwinan.
Normally card can be ready within 1 to 4 weeks from order made. Order must be made 2 months prior to the date of the event to avoid late distribution of cards.
For Jentayu hardcover, the card will be ready within 5 to 7 weeks from order made. The card must be ordered 3 months before the wedding date.
 
7. Adakah Jentayu menerima tempahan segera / urgent order ?
   Do Jentayu accept immediate / urgent orders?
 
Kami masih mengambil tempahan segera (urgent order) sekiranya ada, tetapi bergantung kepada kelapangan dan jumlah tempahan pada masa tersebut. Biasanya kad dapat disiapkan dalam tempoh 1 ke 2 minggu dari tempahan dibuat, dan terhad kepada kad tertentu sahaja.  sila hubungi +6012-3065500 untuk keterangan lanjut ;)
We accept urgent orders, if any, but depend on number of orders processed at that time. Normally cards can be ready within 1 to 2 weeks from order made, and is limited to a certain card. please call +6012 3065500 for more information ;)
 
8.Adakah harga kad di dalam laman web termasuk kos printing?
  Is the card price on the website include printing charges?
 
Ya, semua harga adalah termasuk kos printing. Cuma tambahan caj artwork peta (jika perlu), RM30 (1 peta) atau RM50 (2 peta) untuk setiap tempahan.
Yes, all prices are inclusive of printing charges. Additional map artwork charges (if required) will be RM30 (1 map) or RM50 (2 maps) for each order.
 
9. Adakah setiap kad disertakan sampul?
   Does each card come complete with envelope?
 
Ya. Semua tempahan kad disertakan sampul putih percuma KECUALI Siri Kad Hardcover.
Yes. All card including white envelope, EXCEPT Hardcover/ VIP Card Series.
 
10. Bolehkah saya membuat tempahan semasa mengunjungi anda?
   Can I make an order during a visit to your shop?
 
Boleh. Pelanggan boleh membuat tempahan secara online atau semasa mengunjungi kedai kami. Lakaran peta boleh diemail atau diberi semasa mengunjungi kami.
Yes, order can be made online or during a visit to our shop. Sketch map can be emailed or given during your visit.
 
11. Adakah rekabentuk kad terhad kepada bentuk sedia ada atau boleh diubah?
      Is the card design limited to its current form or can be modified?
 
Kami sedaya upaya akan mengubah rekabentuk kad, seperti ayat jemputan, font, susunan dan warna mengikut kehendak pelanggan. Pelanggan turut boleh memaklumkan rekabentuk yang diinginkan dan kami akan memberi nasihat yang terbaik untuk menghasilkan kad jemputan idaman anda ;)
We will make the best effort to change the card design, such as an invitation wording, fonts, arrangement and color according to customer request. Customers can as well request their preferred design and we will give our best effort to make your dream invitation cards come true ;)
 
12. Adakah saya boleh membuat kad dengan rekabentuk sendiri?
     Can customer propose their own design?
 
Bergantung pada rekabentuk dan cara cetakan kad tersebut. Kami perlu melihat terlebih dahulu sampel atau gambar kad tersebut untuk memberi maklum balas dan sebutharga. Sila hubungi kami untuk keterangan lanjut.
It depends on the design and how the card printing method. We need to see the samples or pictures first for us to give feedback and quotation. Please contact us for more information.
 
13. Adakah ayat jemputan kad boleh dibuat dalam 2 bahasa, Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa Inggeris ?
     Can I include 2 languages, English & Malay in 1 card?
 
Ya, boleh. Ia sudah menjadi kebiasaan kepada mereka yang mempunyai para jemputan yang lebih mengutamakan Bahasa Inggeris. Dan ia juga lebih menjimatkan, kerana anda tidak perlu mencetak 2 jenis kad yang berasingan. Kami akan membantu anda memasukkan ayat yang bersesuaian, atau anda juga boleh memberikan kepada kami ayat jemputan pilihan anda sendiri.
 
Yes you can. It is common to customers who have invitees which prefer english as their main language. And it is cheaper as you don't have to print 2 separate cards. We will assist you to use the suitable words, or you can provide us your preferred wordings.
 
14. Bagaimana pula dengan jenis bahasa atau tulisan yang lain, adakah diterima oleh Jentayu Design ?
      What about other languanges or script, do you accept them?
 
Ya, boleh. Kami pernah membantu pelanggan memasukkan bahasa dan tulisan Cina/Mandarin, Tamil/Hindi (India), Sikh dan Arab. Kami akan bekerjasama dengan anda untuk merealisasikan proses memasukkan bahasa dan tulisan tersebut ke dalam kad pilihan anda. 
 
Yes you can. We did assist customers inserting script and languages in Chinese/Mandarin, Tamil/Hindi (Indian), Sikh and Arabic. We will cooperate with you to smoothen up the process.
 
15. Adakah sebarang caj untuk kad promosi 'Free Delivery' West Malaysia ?
      Is there any additional charges for cards with 'Free Delivery West Malaysia' promotion?
 
Untuk kad promosi penghantaran percuma semenanjung malaysia, tiada sebarang caj penghantaran dikenakan, jumlah bayaran adalah berdasarkan kad yang ditempah sahaja, kad akan dipos melalui perkhidmatan kurier secara percuma kepada anda. Cuma berikan alamat penghantaran kepada kami di mana-mana lokasi di semenanjung malaysia, dan kami akan membuat penghantaran terus ke alamat tersebut percuma.
Berita baik, untuk mereka yang berada di Sabah & Sarawak, kami menawarkan caj penghantaran yang rendah untuk penghantaran produk dengan promosi Free Delivery Semenanjung Malaysia. Sila hubungi kami untuk keterangan lanjut ;)
 
For card with free delivery promotion for Peninsular Malaysia, there are no delivery charges applied, the total payment is based on the card price only, card will be mailed via courier service free of charge to you. Just give us a delivery address at any location in Peninsular Malaysia, and we will shipped directly to the address for free.
Good news, for those in Sabah and Sarawak, we offer low shipping charges for card with 'Free Delivery Peninsular Malaysia' promotion. Please contact us for more details ;)
 
16. Berapakah caj pos/ kurier sekiranya kad yang ditempah dihantar terus apabila siap?
      What are the postal / courier charges if cards ordered sent directly when ready?
 
Penghantaran dicaj berdasarkan jenis pos dan berat kad. Anda boleh memilih sama ada hendak menggunakan pos biasa, pos laju atau perkhidmatan pos lain seperti skynet atau airpak express. Kami boleh memberi anggaran caj penghantaran sekiranya anda memohon sebutharga dengan memilih jenis kad dan kuantiti yang ingin ditempah.
 
Card / products delivery charges will be based on postal type & weight. You can choose whether to use regular mail, poslaju or other courier services such as skynet or airpak express. We can give an estimate of the shipping charges if you request for quotation from us. Please select the card and quantity required.
 
17. Adakah tempahan di Cawangan KInarut, Papar, Sabah tertakluk dengan caj penghantaran ?
      Is order in Kinarut, Papar, Sabah branch subject to the delivery charges?
 
Ya, tempahan di Cawangan Sabah akan dicetak di HQ Kajang, Selangor. Walau bagaimanapun, pelanggan akan diberi pilihan untuk memilih jenis penghantaran, sama ada pos biasa, pos laju atau perkhidmatan kurier yang lain seperti skynet atau airpak express. Untuk kad dengan promosi Free Delivery West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia), caj penghantaran ke Sabah adalah lebih murah dan cepat berbanding poslaju. Sila hubungi kami untuk maklumat lanjut ;) 
 
Yes, the card ordered in Sabah Branch will be printed in HQ Kajang, Selangor. However, customers will be given the option to choose the type of delivery, either normal postage, courier or other courier services like skynet or airpak express. For cards with promotion Free Delivery West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia), delivery charges to Sabah is cheaper and faster than poslaju. Please contact us for more information ;) 
 
18. Saya berada di Singapura/ Brunei atau luar dari Malaysia, bagaimana dengan harga kad, kos penghantaran dan pembayaran?
      I am from Singapore / Brunei or outside of Malaysia, what is the card price, shipping cost and payment?
 
Harga kad/ produk tetap sama seperti di laman web, kami tidak mengenakan caj tambahan. Sekiranya anda berada di Singapura, anda boleh memilih untuk kad/ produk tersebut dihantar ke Singapura atau dihantar ke Johor Bahru (sila beri alamat atau boleh juga ambil di pejabat kurier di Johor Bahru), kami akan pos/ kurier terus ke sana. Untuk kad dengan promosi 'Free Delivery' West Malaysia, kami boleh pos secara percuma ke alamat yang diberi sama ada Johor Bahru atau yang berdekatan (atau kami juga boleh menggunakan alamat Pejabat Kurier di Johor Bahru). Kami akan memberikan anggaran kos penghantaran ke lokasi anda sekiranya anda membuat pertanyaan sebutharga. Bayaran boleh dibuat melalui Maybank, CIMB Bank atau RHB Bank melalui bank transfer atau cash deposit sekiranya terdapat bank tersebut di negara anda. Sekiranya tiada, anda boleh buat pembayaran melalui kad kredit / paypal (dengan transaksi dalam Ringgit Malaysia). Kami akan memberikan link untuk anda membuat pembayaran. Bayaran melalui bank lain di negara anda adalah tidak digalakkan, kerana berdasarkan maklum balas dari pelanggan terdahulu, terdapat caj 30 - 40 dollar untuk setiap transaksi yang dibuat.
 
Card / product price remain the same as on the website, we do not impose extra charges. If you're in Singapore, you can choose to receive the card in Singapore or Johor Bahru (please provide the address to us or can pick up at courier office), we will post / courier directly there. For card with 'Free Delivery West Malaysia' promotion, we can post for free to the address given or nearby Johor Bahru (or we can also use Courier office address in Johor Bahru). We can give shipping cost estimation to your location if you request for quotation from us. Payment can be made via Maybank, CIMB Bank or RHB Bank by bank transfer or cash deposit if the bank is available in your country. If not, you can make payment via credit card / paypal (with transactions in Ringgit Malaysia). We will provide a link for you to pay. Payment via other banks in your country is not recommended, because based on feedback from previous customers, there is a charges of 30-40 dollars for every transaction made.
 
19. Bilakah tempahan perlu dibuat dan mengapa perlu menempah lebih awal ?
     When order should be made and why it is necessary to order earlier?
 
Tempahan perlu dibuat sekurang-kurang 2 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis, yang terbaik adalah 2 1/2 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis, untuk mengelakkan urusan yang tergesa-gesa. Kad juga biasanya akan mula diedar sebulan sebelum tarikh perkahwinan. Pastikan anda mengambil kira proses penghantaran ke destinasi anda sekiranya terlibat.
Untuk kad yang melibatkan Kad Jawapan/ RSVP, tempahan perlu dibuat lebih awal, sekurang-kurangnya tambahan 2 minggu lebih awal dari proses tempahan biasa, iaitu 2 1/2 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis, yang terbaik 3 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis, kerana tetamu yang dijemput perlu memberi jawapan 2 minggu sebelum tarikh majlis, untuk pengesahan bilangan tetamu dengan pihak Hotel, Dewan atau Katering.
Untuk kad Jentayu Hardcover, tempahan perlu di buat 3 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis, yang terbaik 3 1/2 bulan sebelum tarikh majlis, kerana kad ini memerlukan masa tambahan untuk menampal kad hardcover, dan juga biasanya turut melibatkan Kad Jawapan/ RSVP.
 
Order must be made at least 2 months prior to the date of the event, the best is 2 1/2 months before the event, to avoid rushing work. Cards usually need to be distributed 1 month before the wedding date. Make sure you consider the process of shipment to your destination if involved (delivery period).
For cards that involve Reply Card / RSVP, order must be made in advance, at least an additional 2 weeks earlier than normal order process, which is 2 1/2 months before the event, the best 3 months before the date of the event, as guests invited need to answer at least 2 weeks before the event, for confirmation of the number of guests to the Hotel, Hall or Catering.
For Jentayu Hardcover, order must be made 3 months before the date of the event, the best 3 1/2 months before the date of the event, as this card requires additional time to glue the hardcover card, and usually also involves Reply Card / RSVP.
 
20. Bolehkah saya meletak gambar di dalam kad? Ada sebarang caj dikenakan? Gambar yang bagaimana saya perlu hantar?
      Can I put picture in the card? Is there any charges? What type of picture I need to send?
 
Anda boleh meletak gambar di dalam kad, tiada sebarang caj dikenakan. Gambar perlu diberi dalam bentuk digital, sama ada email atau hantar softcopy kepada kami. Pastikan memberi gambar dengan resolusi 300dpi (dot per inch), saiz 1 mb (megabait) ke atas, tidak gelap, bila zoom 100% jelas dan tidak diambil di lokasi dengan lampu kuning. Ini bagi memastikan kualiti gambar adalah terbaik semasa dicetak. Anda boleh juga memberi gambar hardcopy sedia ada untuk di scan di tempat kami. Boleh juga memberi gambar pasangan yang berasingan.
 
You can put a picture in the card, there is no charges. Pictures should be given in digital form, either email or send the softcopy to us. Please provide a picture with a resolution of 300 dpi (dot per inch), size of at least 1 mb (megabytes), not dark, when zoom to 100% is sharp and not taken in yellow lights places/ condition. This is to ensure the quality of the picture is the best during printing. You can also give existing hardcopy images to be scanned at our place. Can also give a separate images of the bride and groom.
 
21. Boleh terangkan perbezaan jenis kertas yang digunakan untuk membuat kad ?
     Can you explain the different type of paper used to make the cards?
 
a) Simili 140gsm = 2 kali tebal kertas A4 biasa (yang biasanya 70 ke 80gsm), tidak licin, masih lembut, tidak sekeras kad standard tetapi masih sesuai untuk dibuat kad.
b) Artcard 230gsm atau 260gsm =  ketebalan kad standard, kertas licin dan sedikit berkilat.
c) Imported Metallic Paper 250gsm = ketebalan kad standard, kertas metallic berkilauan.
d) Ivory 230gsm = ketebalan kad standard, kertas tidak licin, seperti kertas biasa
 
a) 140gsm simili = thickness 2 times from a normal A4 paper (which is usually 70 to 80gsm), non-glossy, still soft, not as hard as the standard card, but still suitable to be made as a wedding card.
b) Artcard 230gsm or 260gsm = standard card thickness, slightly glossy.
c) Imported Metallic Paper 250gsm = standard card thickness, glittering metallic paper.
d) 230gsm Ivory card = standard card thickness, non-glossy, looks like normal paper
 
22. Apakah maksud untuk kad super eco 'No Fold'?
     What does is mean by super eco card 'No Fold'?
 
Itu bermaksud kad tersebut dicetak tanpa proses creasing line/ guide untuk lipatan. Kad dengan kertas simili 140gsm mudah untuk dilipat sendiri walaupun tiada line/ guide tersebut. Tujuannya untuk mengurangkan kos, sepatutnya ada caj RM50 utk cetakan 1000 keping dan ke bawah.
 
That means the card is printed without creasing line / guide for folding. Simili paper 140gsm card is easy to fold although the creasing line / guide is not available. The reason is to reduce costs, as there should be RM50 charges for it.
 
23. Apakah perbezaan di antara laminate/varnish matte atau gloss?
      What is the difference between matte or gloss lamination/ varnish
 
1. Gloss Laminate/ Varnish : Berkilat, warna lebih vibrant. Untuk jenis kad yang ada laminate gloss di bahagian ayat jemputan, anda perlu menggunakan pen marker atau CD marker untuk menulis  pada bahagian nama jemputan tersebut. Telah terdapat di pasaran cd marker dengan mata halus beserta pemadam, jadi anda tak perlu risau lagi jika tersalah tulis nama jemputan di kad ;)
 
2. Matte Laminate/ Varnish : Tidak berkilat, warna gelap sedikit 5%, tampak klasik, boleh menggunakan pen biasa/ ball point untuk menulis pada bahagian nama jemputan.
 
1. Gloss Laminate / varnish: Shiny, colours more vibrant. For the card with gloss laminate at the invitation wordings, you should use a CD marker or marker pen to write the name of invitaties. It's available in the market a cd marker with fine point and eraser, you do not have to worry anymore if the name is wrongly writen on the invitation card ;)
 
2. Matte Laminate / varnish: Not shiny, dark a bit about 5%, looks classic, can use ordinary pen / ball point to write in the name of the invitation.
 
24. Peta yang bagaimana saya perlu hantar?
      What type of map should be provided?
 
 
Anda boleh menghantar peta dengan lakaran tangan atau peta dari kad kahwin pada lokasi yang sama. Atau boleh juga menghantar peta dengan lokasi yang berhampiran dengan lokasi majlis anda, cuma buat lakaran tambahan. Sekiranya ada masa, boleh juga lakar/ lukis peta dengan menggunakan software komputer. Peta yang dilakar tidak perlu diletakkan logo bangunan/ landmark, hanya perlu meletakkan nama bangunan atau landmark tersebut, ini adalah kerana semua peta akan dilukis semula oleh pihak Jentayu Design untuk dimuatkan dalam ruang yang bersesuaian di dalam kad. Pastikan peta tersebut mempunyai tanda penunjuk arah ke lokasi majlis. Peta dari Google Maps adalah tidak diterima kerana terlalu kompleks, mengikut skala dan tiada sebarang landmark. Peta boleh di upload pada borang yang diisi di web atau email pada kami. Untuk peta yang dihantar melalui email, boleh scan atau snap/ ambil gambar melalui kamera digital.
 
You can send a hand sketch map or map from a wedding cards at the same location. Or you can as well make additional sketch on a map that is close to your event location. If you have time, you can also sketch / draw the map by using computer software. Maps should not necessarily placed with building logo / landmark, just put the building or landmark name, this is because all the maps will be redrawn by Jentayu Design for inclusion in the appropriate space on the card. Make sure the map have a direction sign to the event location. Map from Google Maps is not accepted as it is too complex, in actual scale and with no landmarks.
